Hi, I’m Alena.
To be totally transparent, I used to be a hyper-achiever, controller, and people-pleaser, and for years, I wore that as a badge of honor.
It got me from a Czech mountain village all the way to the leadership positions in international corporations.
But everything changed when I became a mom.
Suddenly, all the strengths that once made me successful started sabotaging my sanity. I was overwhelmed, reactive, and resentful... and I hated that I couldn’t “logic” my way into being the calm, present parent I wanted to be.
That’s when I started looking for answers.
Not just as a mother, but as a coach.
I went deep into trauma-informed healing, brain-based mental fitness, and generational pattern work. Because yes, while I had a happy childhood, I was repeating a lot of my parents' mistakes, no matter how hard I tried not to.
I’ve since helped thousands of moms (and some brave dads) stop the yelling cycle and finally feel in control, without guilt or perfectionism.
Today, I’m the founder of the
Intergenerational Developmental Trauma Repatterning (IDTR
) Framework and the Zen Supermom program, host of the Zen Supermom Podcast, book author, and a PhD researcher - to make the IDTR method help as many women and men as possible.
You’ll get the heart of everything I teach in this special session, so you don’t waste years trying to fix a problem that’s not your fault.
See you inside!
Alena
